That’s why we guarantee a response time within 60 minutes for emergency callouts within our designated service areas, which include Swale, Sittingbourne, and Medway Towns. Our team will arrive promptly to assess and address your plumbing issues, minimizing inconvenience and damage.

Emergency Callouts in Swale and Sittingbourne:

Free of charge for all emergency callouts within these areas.

Response within 60 minutes of your call.

Emergency Callouts in Medway:

Incur a callout fee of £65 per visit.

Response time is usually within 60 minutes of your call.

3. Repairs and Warranty

We are committed to the quality and durability of our work. All plumbing repairs carried out by JW Domestics are covered by a warranty of up to one year from the date of completion. This warranty covers faults or failures directly related to our workmanship or materials used during the repair.

Warranty Details:

Repairs are guaranteed for a period of 12 months.

If a defect arises within this period due to our work, we will rectify it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.

4. Installation Services and Warranty

Tap Replacement and Installation:

We provide installation services for tap replacements and other minor plumbing fixtures.

All installations are covered by a one-year warranty.

Boiler Installations:

Boilers installed by JW Domestics carry the manufacturer’s warranty at all times.

6. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is transparent and competitive. For emergency callouts within Medway, a standard fee of £65 applies, unless otherwise specified. Repairs, installations, and remodelling services will be quoted upfront before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
